1. Order Acceptance

Orders can be placed through:

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of unforeseen circumstances or logistical limitations.

2. Delivery & Takeaway Only

We operate strictly as a cloud kitchen — no dine-in is available.
Orders are fulfilled through:

• Delivery (via third-party platforms or in-house partners)
• Takeaway (customer pick-up from the listed address)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or third-party delays.

3. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include:

• UPI
• Net Banking
• Credit/Debit Cards

We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders will be processed only upon successful payment.

4. Food Policy

All food prepared is vegetarian. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients in case of dietary restrictions, allergies, or health conditions. We do not guarantee allergen-free meals.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices listed are excluding applicable taxes.

6. Liability

• Issues resulting from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Reactions caused due to individual allergies or health conditions

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
