1. No Returns

All food items are freshly prepared and made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or cancellation under any circumstances.

2. Refunds – Wrong Item Only

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the customer receives an incorrect item that does not match their order. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

3. How to Raise a Claim

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us via Call or WhatsApp within 30 minutes of delivery.
  • Provide your Order ID or Order Number.
  • Share clear photos of:
    • The item(s) received
    • The order slip/label attached to the package

Late or incomplete claims will not be accepted.

4. What Is Not Covered

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Delay caused by third-party delivery services
  • Dissatisfaction with taste or spice levels
  • Incomplete claims (e.g. missing photos or order ID)
5. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Final Decision

All refund decisions rest solely with Yebelly Foods India Pvt. Ltd. and are final.
